One-on-one telehealth therapy is the most common way that I work with clients. I am trained specifically in the adaptation of EMDR and somatic techniques for telehealth, and find that it is the most convenient means of accessing care for my clients all over the state of Florida.

In-person sessions are available only on a limited basis at my office in West Palm Beach, located at 1016 Clare Ave, Suite 5.

Cash Pay Rate: $180

Couples therapy with a somatic, trauma-informed approach is particularly supportive in conflict resolution, communication improvement, and the navigation of relationship after infidelity. By connecting first with our own systems through somatic modalities, we can more authentically connect with the ones we love.

I offer couples telehealth therapy exclusively via cash pay at this time due to restrictive insurance policies that structurally limit access to care.

Rate: $200/hour

For organizations, businesses, institutions, and assisted living facilities, I offer highly specialized somatic-based workshops and group counseling in the Palm Beach County area.

Somatic techniques can specifically be used to mitigate conflict, reduce toxic stress/allostatic load, improve mental and cognitive functioning, and improve overall health and wellbeing.

These interventions are exceptionally effective for improving organization moral and quality of life for ALF residents.
